In the spirit, I suppose, of all things becoming digital, I have news about digitized newspapers, fully searchable, from 1860-1922. The Library of Congress (LOC) has recently announced the addition of even more pages to its database of 414 newspapers from 22 states and DC during the Reconstruction, Gilded Age, and Progressive Eras.
